· Support care coordination, including patient follow up, facilitating referrals, and ensuring continuity of care across the multidisciplinary team.

· Participate in quality improvement initiatives, assist with clinical audits, and adhere to all infection prevention and control protocols.

· Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely documentation within the electronic health record (EHR), ensuring compliance with regulatory, organizational, and HIPAA standards.

· Respond to clinical emergencies (within MA scope), including initiating basic life support and notifying appropriate providers.

· Participate in staff meetings, continuing education, and competency validation activities to maintain licensure and support practice goals.

· Other duties as assigned by supervising physicians, advanced practice providers, or practice leadership, necessary consistent with MA scope
