These expansions include, but are not limited to, opening of new practice locations, moves of existing practices to new locations, breakdowns of practice locations.

 

The successful candidate will bring a balance of creative problem solving and hands-on IT Project Management skills.

 

Duties may include the following but are not limited to:

  • Support the Program and/or Project Management team in various project activities.
  • Gather project updates and document project status reports.
  • Maintain project plan and schedule.
  • Create meeting agendas, document meeting notes, including action items, tasks, issues, and key decisions.
  • Manages action items, issue logs and deliverables from internal and external team members.
  • Proactively identify issues that may affect the project and work with Project Management team to develop and implement solutions.
  • Document process flows and identify gaps and business process changes.
  • Assist with business requirements documentation.
  • Assist with risk analysis and monitoring and updating risk plans.
  • Assist with application testing.
  • Assist with data conversion and cleansing.
  • Assist with reporting requirements and design.
  • Assist with project costing, invoices, and reconciliations
  • Provide documentation and training to transfer knowledge and operational support to the affected areas of operations and the Project Team.
  • Provide administrative support to Information Technology PMO.
  • Support Project member onboarding tasks as needed.
  • Various procurement and service startup tasks associated to the project plans.

 

Cardiac Technician Job – NY, East Setauket

The employee will be under the general supervision of, and report directly to the EP/Device clinic Supervisor. This clinical position requires direct patient contact, and the performance of a variety of functions related to the care, education and maintenance of patients with implanted cardiac devices. ( pacemakers, implanted cardiac defibrillators and Loop recorders) as well as external cardiac recorders (Holter monitors, MCOTS, EVENT recorders and Loop recorders) and external temporary cardiac defibrillators.

Essential Job Functions:

  • -Obtains vital signs and pertinent patient history, medication revie
  • -Attaches patient to appropriate programmer to initiate interrogation process
  • -Provides appropriate education regarding home care, routine precautions and F/U of patients individual device.
  • -Able to educate and instruct patients on use of home monitoring devices.
  • -Able to log on to and order equipment through websites.
  • -Able actively participate in downloading and maintenance of remote monitoring websites, reporting any alert status directly to the Supervising NP/RN/M
  • -Able to call device manufacturers/ representatives for information when required.
  • -Able to perform a Trans-telephonic telephone check.
  • – Will be able to perform arrhythmia analysis of Holter, Event and MCOT monitors and Loop recorders.
  • -Will remain current with new technology as it is becomes available. Attends educational programs as
  • -Required to maintain current with new devices, procedures, and patient education requirements.
  • -Schedule patient appointments within established guidelines.
  • -Will maintain appropriate documentation in the patients EMR, chart.
  • -Will maintain statistics for the department under the supervison of the NP.
  • -Will follow HIPAA guidelines at all times.
