Job Summary:
The Office Manager is the onsite manager responsible for the day-to-day operations of the practice. The Office Manager reports to the Director of Operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversees daily office operations. Identifies and resolves operational problems.
- Supervises assigned personnel. Reconciles employee time cards
- Prepares payroll for employees.
- Assists with hiring and training of assigned staff.
- Oversees and maintains Providers schedules. Adjusting the schedules based on changes making sure all patients are rescheduled.
- Overseeing the daily operations of the Front Desk and Medical Assistant department.
- Overseeing medical records request.
- Opening mail and organizing invoices/packing slips
- Answering billing emails from billing manager in regards to missing information, coding issue, etc.
- Ordering supplies for offices and maintaining stock of supplies.
- Travel to other locations if need be to help manage multiply locations.
- Can fill in as medical assistant and front desk if need be.
- Can do prior authorizations if need be.
- Maintains patient confidentiality.
- Performs other related duties as directed or required.
