Job Summary:

Large, high volume cardiology practice (30K+ patient visits) with multiple locations and service lines is seeking a Director to facilitate growth of expanding business. The right candidate will have strong strategic planning and analytic abilities along with equal interest in business operations. Excellent communication and leadership skills are a must.
Specific Duties:
- Formulate strategic goals (short, medium, and long term)
- Obtain and evaluate information regarding industry and market trends both locally and in the broader cardiology community to assess for opportunities and reduce competitive threats
- Maintain thorough knowledge of internal culture and capabilities of our business including internal management structure, workflow, and software platforms
- Create detailed plans for attainment of strategic goals and establish metrics to guide and monitor progress towards those goals
- Take personal responsibility for the implementation of select projects
- Perform internal consultancy regarding the feasibility of proposed projects and improvement of existing workflows
- Help to build a workplace culture capable of meeting business goals and lead by example
- Manage practice finances including reviewing financial information, budget creation, payroll, vendor contracting
- Evaluate overall business performance by gathering, analyzing, interpreting data and metrics
- Oversee, support, and mentor the supervisory team responsible for day to day management
- Maintain knowledge of industry rules and guidelines
- Coordinate with parent management services organization
